Wealth Building 101

Many of you are thinking about making some extra money or want to quit your current job and become self employed. I have put together some topics here that will help you understand stand wealth building.

Business Opportunities- You may have been researching all over the internet on how to start a business. Fact is you may need to figure out what are your special gifts or talents this way you can use what you already have and maximize your earning potentials.

Wealth- is not measured by how much money you earn, or how much assets you have. It is measured by how much freedom we have to make the choices that are important to us. The freedom to choose where, how to spend your money.

Work at home- This is the most popular way today to achieve wealth. A lot of people prefer or choose to stay home and make just as much money as a regular 9-5 job. Most
Women especially choose this way to earn money due to having to raise kids or want to bring a little extra income to the home. Working from home can allow you more freedom to do as you like without answering to the boss.

Residual Income-simply means a continuous flow of income that continues to build and build from something that was done only once. The money keeps on coming without any additional work on your part. The most common programs are network marketing, MLM, downlines for pyramids.

Whatever you choose to do is just like any other thing in life, you only get out of it what you put into it. There is a lot of programs on the internet that can pay off for you. Many programs only take about 10-15 hours a week and you still can make as much as a 40 hour a week job.

Thank you,

The Art Of Becoming Wealthy

The concept behind any form of wealth is creating income.
Are you satisfied with your current income? Probably not.
Have you ever wondered why this is so? A typical case,
shared often at seminars, is that of a person who has
constant challenges with money but disapproves of
accumulating wealth, implying that it is dirty and that it
spoils and changes people.

Further, this person is uncomfortable with people in
business who have more money and yet he or she can\’t
succeed. What should such a person do? Clearly this person
is carrying around a mental image that says: \”If you have
much money, you\’ll be ruined by it and you don\’t want that.
So, it is better to remain poor than seek wealth.\” The
consequence of such thinking is, not surprisingly, a lack
of money.

Get rid of these thoughts if you want to be wealthy
someday. The Law of Income says that wealth is first
created in the mind. A Wealthy Self-Image People who can\’t
imagine themselves wealthy are not yet mature enough to
become wealthy.

Everything begins in the mind as a thought – life is a game
that is directed from between your ears. If you can\’t \”see\”
yourself with money, then your subconscious still doesn\’t
have a clear picture of how to act and therefore cannot
help you get there.

In fact, whatever picture you hold of yourself in your
subconscious mind is the person your mind is busy ensuring
you are. If your self-image is one of a poor person or
someone \”struggling to get ahead,\” then that is who you
will be. Make sure you create and nurse positive pictures
of yourself.

Why You Are Not Wealthy Today? There are two reasons that
you don\’t have as much money today as you desire:

1. You didn\’t think about or plan for today before it
arrived. Had you been more aware, then, that you would
always need money and acted on that awareness in the past,
you would be wealthier today than you are right now. Why?
Because, you would have intentionally saved money, perhaps
even by making small sacrifices over the years or invested
money. Even small amounts, and would therefore have more
money today than you currently have.

Make a list of your expenses for one month; you\’ll quickly
discover how many unnecessary things you buy and how much
you could therefore set-aside for tomorrow. If you want to
free yourself from financial troubles, then start putting a
portion of your money into a special account.

2. The work you have now isn\’t bringing in enough money.
There are many ways to increase, even maximize, the
financial and non-monetary rewards you earn from your job.
Ridding Your Path of Obstacles The unfavorable financial
situation you are in usually comes from a very specific
challenge.

Those who do not have money have usually been taught to
believe that money is dirty or that it can\’t be earned in
an honest way. So how will you find your fortune, if your
subconscious is being fed with things like, \”All rich
people are dishonest and I don\’t want to be like that.\”?
What follows is clear, perhaps you believe that money
changes, even spoils people.

If you hold this to be true, wealth will elude you. You
have to be clear about the following fact: \”Money itself
doesn\’t mean anything – it\’s just a piece of paper, a tool
that can be used to trade for material goods.\” Money is a
\”stand-in\” for the things you want to buy. Does this mean
that all the things you buy are bad and rotten? If that\’s
true, why do people desire new cars? Imagine your job pays
you \”in cars\” instead of money – would you say now that
cars are bad and rotten?

Confused E-Buyers Keep Their Money

My uncle, through his brick and mortar stores taught me many valuable business lessons. One that always echoes in my mind, and which may be even more prominently true in the online world states that a confused customer never buys. Unlike his stores whose ?helpful? employees? stood by to assist anyone that displayed a stunned look, e-commerce sites don?t have that luxury. Your visitors cannot personally be tended so the minute they get confused they move on to the next site. The following are suggestions on how to avoid these situations and get your register ringing. Although these may seem obvious, check the net, more sites violate them you?d think.

First Impressions

Unlike in the dating world where someone may actually make an effort to get to know you, your website has little time to make a stunning first impression before your visitors clicks that little X at the top-right of their screens, never to return. Most likely I won?t arrive at your website by chance. I?ll probably type some search terms in an engine (let?s use ?flower delivery? as an example for this little story) and notice your site shows up relevant to my query. Now the first thing I?m looking for upon arrival is how your e-business will help me. So please show me right away (the last thing I want to do is sit around for 5 minutes while a fancy flash presentation loads). That tiny piece of real estate above the fold on your homepage is often all people look at; use that space wisely.

Benefits

How your product/service will benefit your customers is the first thing they care about. Tune your visitors into everyone?s favorite radio station: WII-FM (What?s In It For Me). As mentioned above I, like most people these days, need to know how your goods will help me in a fraction of a second. So show me right away in a very clear fashion that your flowers are the most beautiful around or on sale or your deliveries are fast and seldom lost. Take some time to think why visitors would come to your site, what they?re after and then show them they?ve come to the right place.

Site Structure

If you don?t have enough space to clearly layout all your benefits on your homepage in a clear and concise manner, by all means create a few extra benefits pages. Maybe one for prices, one for delivery options, one for flower arrangements and so on. Just make sure to label them clearly in an obvious menu bar. Don?t make me search your website for them. Don?t make me use the sitemap and for the love of all that is holy, don?t make me go through 6 additional pages to get to them.

About You vs. About Us

So you?ve been in business since 1987. You won the prestigious International Flower Store (IFS) award 6 years running. You give 100% of your profits to charities. That?s wonderful and may make me more inclined to do business with you. Just remember that there?s one person I care more about you and that?s ?me?. Don?t confuse me by throwing all this extra info about yourself my way. What the heck is the IFS anyways? I want to hear more about me. If you really have an urge to stuff your site with excess info, at least tell me that something along the lines of ?by giving our flowers to your wife, she won?t be mad at you for a few hours?. It?s what you can do for me, not how good you are, that?ll have me reaching for my credit card.

Checkout

I?m pretty sure I?m not the only one that?s had this experience one too many times. I go through your site, love your flowers and go to checkout. Only to find out that your actual checkout process involves 18 steps, requires blood samples and a full legal team to complete. After cursing the day you were born, I kindly leave your site and buy flowers elsewhere. Make your checkout as easy to complete as humanly (or electronically) possible. Take every method of payment possible. Ask only for the information you really need (I?m pretty sure you don?t need my fax number to send out flowers). And at the end of it, give me some sort of receipt confirmation so that I may rest assured all went well.

Look at Google as an extreme example of a mindless site. Yes they made their service better then the competition. But when you go to their site, all there is, is a simple search box. It?s clean, fast and easy to operate. You don?t need an instruction manual to figure it out and neither should I when arriving at your site. In today?s hectic world, we?re all far too busy for that
